We have a range of ingredients suited to retail or catering customers and can source specific products for our customers' bespoke needs.
We deliver in London with our own refrigerated vans. For customers out of London, we deliver next day through a third party courier.
We support our customers with comprehensive sales and technical information as well as training on our producers, their products, production methods and the traditional ways of using their ingredients.
Many of our supplier relationships go back to the very first days of Brindisa and over the years our acquaintance with their products and our shared respect for each others’ work has deepened. We sell these foods with great confidence and we ensure that each new supplier we take on can bring us interesting flavours, products of strong character or some much needed advantage in an ever changing marketplace. We do everything possible to ensure the integrity of the product and the producers we buy from.
We are always glad to arrange a guided tour of our warehouse in Balham for prospective trade customers.
The Brindisa Shop at Borough Market stocks a wide range of our products, which can be seen on the shelf or tasted at the counter.
Our ingredients can also be tasted at the Brindisa tapas restaurants.
