When will I get my Brindisa order?
Orders received by 12:00 (midday) will be despatched that day for delivery on the next working day.
Orders received after 12:00 (midday) will be despatched on the next working day for delivery on the following working day
Orders are not despatched for delivery transit over a weekend, so orders received after 12:00 (midday) Thursdays will not be despatched until after the weekend for delivery on the following working day
What will I pay for delivery?
We charge £5.95 for each "Mainland UK" delivery (excludes Highlands and islands).
We offer free delivery to "Mainland UK" on orders of £100 and over.
We charge £23.50 for delivery to Scottish Highlands.
We offer free delivery to Scottish Highlands for orders of £250 and over.
We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses only.

What if Brindisa cannot send all of my order?
When you place your order with us you authorise a credit card payment which we collect at the same time.
If we are unable to send part or all of your order, we will send you an email offering you a choice:
We ship the outstanding balance of your order at a later date, with no further delivery charges to you
or
We refund your credit card for the goods we were unable to supply
If we don’t hear back from you by 5:00pm on the next working day, we will refund your credit card for the goods we were unable to supply.
