Christmas Delivery Info
Our cut off point for delivery before Christmas is 12 noon, 19th December.
In the checkout procedure you will be given the option of choosing your delivery day. See below for the days and times that we deliver.
WE ARE CLOSED FROM 12 NOON, 19th DEC, UNTIL 2nd JAN. The first delivery date after this period is Friday 3rd Jan.
When will I get my Brindisa order?
Orders received by 12:00 (midday) will be despatched that day for delivery on the next working day, at an unspecified time between 9am and 7pm. In the checkout procedure you are able to select the day that you would like the order to be delivered (Tuesday - Friday), and you’re also able to designate a ’safe’ place (at your own risk) should no-one be at home to accept delivery. However, we cannot specify delivery times or telephone calls from the driver.
Orders received after 12:00 (midday) will be despatched on the next working day for delivery on the following working day
We do not deliver Saturday to Monday, so orders received after 12:00 (midday) Thursdays will not be despatched until after the weekend for delivery on the following Tuesday.
What will I pay for delivery?
We charge £6.95 for each "Mainland UK" delivery of 20kg and under (excludes Highlands and islands). The majority of our orders fall well beneath this weight. Orders over 20kg will incur a charge of 85p per kilo. We will contact you to advise you of this, before despatch.
We offer free delivery to "Mainland UK" on orders of £100 and over.
We charge £27.95 for delivery to Scottish Highlands.
We offer free delivery to Scottish Highlands for orders of £250 and over.
We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses only.

What if Brindisa cannot send all of my order?
When you place your order with us you authorise a credit card payment which we collect at the same time.
If we are unable to send part or all of your order, we will send you an email offering you a choice:
We ship the outstanding balance of your order at a later date, with no further delivery charges to you
We refund your credit card for the goods we were unable to supply
If we don’t hear back from you by 5:00pm on the next working day, we will refund your credit card for the goods we were unable to supply.
We make every effort to recycle any materials we receive from our suppliers as part of their regular deliveries to our warehouse. On occasion the packing we use for your order might seem a bit idiosyncratic but this decision reflects our commitment to respect the environment and cut down on wastage.
