Head chef Pizarro's recipes printed in the new recipe book, "1080 recipes"
We are very proud that head chef of Tapas Brindisa, José Manuel Pizarro, was invited to contribute some of his own recipes to the new version of this classic Spanish recipe book.
If you have tried Pizarro and the Tapas Brindisa teams' cooking at the restaurant, you can now recreate a few recipes at home with the help of this book!

Of course, the Spanish ingredients used in Pizarro's recipes are available at the Brindisa shop, 5 minutes from the restaurant on Stoney st.
