We only deliver to mainland UK addresses. Delivery can be made to other parts of the UK but this should be arranged with a member of our sales team before placing the order as delivery cost more and might also take longer.
Our standard delivery charge to UK mainland addresses is £6.95 (excluding the Scottish Highlands) but we also offer an AM and PM service at a cost of £8.95. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands have a carriage charge of £23.95 and this option must be selected in checkout or your order will be delayed until the additional carriage charge has been paid.
We offer free delivery on all standard delivery orders over £80 except for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Off-Mainland. All deliveries over £250 are free (standard delivery only).
If you place your order before midday we offer next day deliver on Tuesday through to Friday, unless our premium Saturday delivery service has been selected. Otherwise we don’t deliver at the weekend so any standard delivery orders placed after midday on Thursday will be delivered on Tuesday of the following week, unless a later delivery date has been selected.
Yes, just select from the list of available delivery days in checkout and choose the date for your order to be delivered. If you order by 12pm, you can often choose next day delivery.
We use a third party courier and deliveries are made at an unspecified time between 9am and 7pm. However, you can choose a Morning delivery service from the list of delivery options available.
If you are not going to be home to sign for your delivery a safe drop spot, e.g. porch, garage, etc., or alternative delivery address, e.g. a neighbour, can be indicated in the “Delivery instructions” section. Please be careful to keep this message as short as possible, if it exceeds 50 characters including spaces it will block the checkout process.
However, in the event that you choose to designate a secure or alternative location, we cannot accept responsibility for the risk involved should there be a problem with the delivery.
Your delivery date will be on your order confirmation email. If you include a mobile telephone number when placing your order our courier will send you an SMS on the day of delivery – where possible this will include an estimated drop time.
When you place your order with us you authorise a credit card payment which we collect at the same time. If we are unable to send part or all of your order, we will send you an email offering you a choice: we ship the outstanding balance of your order at a later date, with no further delivery charges to you, or we refund your credit card for the goods we were unable to supply. If we don’t hear back from you by 5:00pm on the next working day, we will refund your credit card for the goods we were unable to supply.
If you need to change your delivery address or date please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will amend your order accordingly as long as there is still time to do so.
No, each delivery address needs to be treated as a separate order.
Should you wish to add another item or change the contents of your order please email us on email@example.com giving a contact number and one of our sales team will contact you to amend your order, as long as there is still time to do so.
You can cancel your order at any time as long as it hasn’t already been despatched. However you can return any unwanted items for a refund once you’ve received your order. Please note that we take payment as soon as you have placed your order. Once we have confirmed the cancelation, the money will be refunded to you. This is normally done the same day however it can take up to 5 working days during busy periods.
At Brindisa we offer a discretionary “goodwill” returns and refund policy but we can’t accept returns on short shelf-life or perishable items that would be unsaleable on their return. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
Please contact us for our returns delivery address. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for paying for the cost of returning the item.
Whilst we make every attempt to deliver on the specified day, we use a third party courier service and cannot guarantee this in all cases. In the event that the order is not delivered on the specified day it will normally be delivered on the following day. Similarly, if the courier attempts delivery and finds nobody home, where no alternative drop spot has been indicated, a second attempt will normally be made on the following day.
Yes, you can. There is a section in checkout where a gift message can be added with a maximum of 150 characters (including spaces).
