Monika Linton, founder of Brindisa, will be speaking at a series of lectures organised by The Foodie Bugle.
The Foodie Bugle say,
"The very first of a series of Foodie Bugle Lectures are going to be held on Friday 23rd March 2012 in the very beautiful barns of Thyme at Southrop Manor Estate, near Lechlade, Gloucestershire, GL7 3NX ( www.thymeatsouthrop.co.uk ).
We are inviting ten of the prominent food and drink artisans and retailers, food and travel writers, photographers, chefs, cookbook authors, kitchen gardeners, growers and publishers that we have featured in the last ten editions of The Foodie Bugle to each deliver 15 minute talks to a foodie audience.
This sharing of knowledge and bringing together of collaborative minds will enable people from all parts of the food and drink industry to meet, learn, ask questions, share information, pitch ideas and be inspired by one another in a friendly and open environment."
