Núñez de Prado
Organic single estate oil and "Flower" of the oil
The Núñez de Prado family has been producing olive oil on their family estate for over 200 years and were also pioneers in organic farming, achieving certification over 20 years ago. Oil lovers appreciate the blend of Andalucian olives: Picual, Picudo and Hojiblanca that give this oil its distinctively fresh and fruity character. In addition, each harvest produces a very small amount of flor (flower) of the oil, made from crushed olives, but without pressing to give a particularly pure taste.
Olivar de la Luna
Organic single estate oil
This organic oil from Andalucía is made primarily from Nevadillo Blanco olives, native to the hills of Córdoba province. Production is small and guided by the family’s philosophy of adhering to biodynamic principles, including zero artificial irrigation, and natural fertilisation from the family herd of sheep. The resulting oil has an exceptionally pure flavour.
Dauro & Aubocassa
Single estate oils
Dauro extra virgin olive oil is made in Girona, Catalunya and three different olive varieties are blended to achieve its exceptional flavour: Arbequina, Hojiblanca and Koroneiki. The Aubocassa oil is made from Arbequina olives in Mallorca. The family philosophy of our producer is simple: olive oil is a fruit juice, so the process focuses on minimal processing to preserve maximum flavour.

Brindisa Arbequina extra virgin olive oil is made with olives grown and milled on our supplier’s estate in Navarra, northern Spain. The Arbequina variety has always been highly prized for the fresh, fruity oil it makes and this Brindisa olive oil offers top quality at a good price.
Brindisa "North & South" extra virgin olive oil is made with a blend of Arbequina (a classic northern Spanish variety) olive oil and Picual, an Andalucian variety from southern Spain.
