The distinctive flavours of traditional Spanish cured sausage, such as  Chorizo and salami-like Salchichón, give Spanish charcuterie real gourmet appeal.

When you add less well known, but equally fine regional delicacies, such as Morcilla de Burgos (blood sausage with rice) and Cecina (cured, smoked beef), you have one of the richest charcuterie heritages to chose from.
