This organic, pasteurised, Manchego comes from a farm with 40 years of experience of traditional sheep rearing, which has been producing organically for more than a decade. It is full flavoured with undertones of pineapple and hints of white chocolate.

• The farm covers 300 hectares of pastures and organic crops and the wellbeing of the sheep is of the utmost importance, whether it is ensuring lambs only drink their mother’s milk or keeping their routines as natural as possible. This results in nutritious, high quality milk.
• The dairy has limited production, due to the traditional methods of farming and the use of only their own limited supplies of milk.
• The cheeses are cured under the eye of a master cheesemaker.
