Fruits
Fresh fruit in Spain is fantastic, so dried or preserved fruits are also exceptional and capture the flavours and colours of a season. Much of our fruit grows in the sunny orchards of Valencia and Catalonia, by experts whose families have been growing, preparing and preserving fruit for centuries.
Likewise our almonds grow in the dry but mild north-east, where groves of these hardy trees (which require very little irrigation) flourish in full blossom in the Spring. Our fruit and nut preparations are ideal with cheese or charcuterie.
