Production:
At Navarrico, all the vegetables are picked, peeled and cleaned by hand. Harvesting requires well-trained pickers and has to be done in a limited timeframe to catch them whilst they are at their best. The Blanca de Tudela variety of artichoke is native to Navarra. These are grown in excellent conditions on the alluvial soils of the banks of the River Ebro in north-west Spain and are selected by quality standards and prepared by artisan methods, including hand-trimming.

Taste Description:
The flavour and texture is completely natural and not woody like many jarred artichokes.
