This selection of unpasteurised honeys is produced by a family of honey collectors, beekeepers and turrón makers, based in the hills of inland Lleida in Catalonia. Each type of honey has its own unique characteristics and nutritional properties with distinctly different flavours, all preserved by the cold extraction.

Castaño (chestnut), A dark amber honey which is sweet and floral but has a dark dry-wood intensity.
