CURRENT VACANCIES

We are looking for an experienced Deli Assistant/Ham Carver to join us.

The ideal candidate must have a passion for high end food, excellent customer service skills, merchandising and a real flair and interest in charcuterie and ham carving.

Key aspects of the job will be:
• To provide superior service to all our customers and demonstrate good product knowledge and show good presentation of meat range.
• Daily preparation and carving of hams to high standard.
• To maintain ham display, equipment and materials in a clean and safe condition.
• Merchandising-stock, displays and promotions.


Applicants must have:
• Previous proven food retail experience.
• Counter service & selling.
• Wrapping & packing goods.
• Stock control/rotation.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic food hygiene knowledge.
