Brindisa has always had a good following of non-professional buyers – friends and family of a growing team of Brindisa staff in particular. Some ten years ago we opened our warehouse doors in the evenings and weekends so that we could supply such devotees with that led to the new life of Borough Market. Other local wholesalers joined in, the food fair blossomed, and on it has rolled. The Brindisa stand has been an irresistible project whose vitality is unquenchable. Come and try one of our famous Brindisa chorizo rolls from the barbeque!

Brindisa is very pleased to have been voted “Best Retailer” in the Observer Food Monthly Awards, announced on Sunday 26th March 2006. Thankyou very much indeed to all those of you who voted for us.
It is so encouraging that our customers enjoy shopping with us and with this award, we will only strive even harder to bring you the highest quality and most interesting Spanish food from the most reputable sources and to find ways to improve our service and shopping environment all the time.

The Floral Hall
Brindisa has moved to a new stand on the market, just around the corner from our old premises. We are now in the Floral Hall, which was part of the Old Covent Garden Market but has been reconstructed at Borough. The new layout makes shopping easier for our customers and gives us more stock to work. We are also open for trading earlier in the week, rather then just at the weekend, so you are able to visit us from your offices at lunchtime or on your way home in the afternoon.
