Our Team of Master Carvers at Your Event
If you are holding your own party or event, our team of professional carvers are available to hand-carve the ham of your choice, at your venue.
This creates great theatre and is a delicious way to enjoy our range of Ibérico and Serrano hams.

Carving Service Prices
Our professional carving service is charged as follows.
1 carver for up to 3 hours - carving one ham, London
£190
1 carver day rate (between 6 and 8 hours) - carving one or two hams, London
£350
This includes up to two hours travel time each way, travel cost and subsistence is on top of this.
Terms
Your Brindisa carver begins preparation and carving one hour before your event begins.
The typical carving time is 3 hours per ham.
Our carving service prices are for hams purchased from Brindisa. If you acquired your ham elsewhere we charge 25% more for the Brindisa Ham carving service.
Charges are for London events (Zones 1-6). For events outside of London (Zones 1-6) we charge for travel and subsistence.
