Truffles with paprika

Ingredients
250 g dark chocolate
250 g cream 35% fat
1 shot of coñac
10 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp La Chinata mild paprika

Method

  1. Heat the cream, mix the chocolate, add the coñac (or brandy), make cold the mix.
  2. Do the truffles by hand like the size of a gordal. Do the truffles by hand like the size of a gordal.
  3. Pass them for the cocoa mixed with the paprika (proportion 10 cacao 1 of paprika).
