Ingredients
700g potatoes, scrubbed with skin on
100ml Arbequina olive oil
50ml whole milk
2 spring onions, finely sliced
1 garlic clove, finely grated
1/2 tsp sea salt
Add all to basket

Add in stock items to your basket

Method

  1. Set steamer pan to boil.
  2. Cut potatoes into 1½ inch pieces, place in boiling steamer and steam until just tender (approx 12 - 15 minutes).
  3. Transfer potatoes to a large sauce pan and add the remaining ingredients.
  4. Mash until desired texture.
  5. Cover and keep warm until serving.
