Ingredients
1 tin Ortiz bonito 250g, drained
1 tbsp very finely chopped red onion
1/2 cup petit pois
1/4 cup saffron mayonnaise
2 tbsp Arbequina olive oil
2 tsp Valdespino sherry vinegar
Black pepper to taste
Basil leaves to garnish
Add all to basket

Add in stock items to your basket

Method

  1. Combine in a bowl the tuna, peas and red onion.
  2. Whisk together the mayonnaise, olive oil, sherry vinegar and black pepper then stir into tuna mixture.
  3. Garnish with torn basil leaves.
  4. Goes well served on toasted baguette.
