Ingredients
60g Marcona almonds
12 slices mojama, cut medium thick (2.5-3mm) – approx 175g
Nunez de Prado olive oil
Very thin slivers of red onion
Pedro Ximenez aged balsamic vinegar
Add all to basket

Method

  1. Toast the almonds in the moderate oven until a golden, biscuit brown; allow to cool.
  2. Brush the mojama slices on one side with the olive oil and arrange on a serving plate.
  3. Top each mojama slice with two or three little onion slivers, a few drops of vinegar and some almonds.
