Ingredients
100g Tresviso blue cheese
200g cream cheese
15ml brandy
¼ tsp spicy pimentón
Approx. 200g crème fraiche

Method

    1. Beat together the cheeses, brandy, pimentón, and 100g of Crème Fraiche until smooth.
    2. Continue beating the dip, adding more crème fraiche until you achieve the desired consistency.

Option: Garnish with chopped roasted and salted almonds (preferably Marcona).

Tip: Make the dip is made an hour or two ahead of time to allow the flavours to develop.
