These are our top grade anchovy. Smooth and firm textured with a rich almost buttery taste, they're cured in rock salt for 6 months before being knife-trimmed and filleted by hand.
Each jar has a drained weight of 55g and contains approximately 18 anchovy fillets.
Storage and care
An average shelf life of 6 months. Keep refrigerated between 5°C - 12°C. Refrigerate and use within a week of opening.
