Made by four generations of the Rituerto family in the La Rioja region, an area famous for its fine wines and fantastic chorizos. As the name suggests, a perfect addition to a barbeque but this blend of coarsely minced pork leg and belly flavoured with a sweet, mild paprika is hugely versatile so feel free to defy the packaging and use it whenever you like.
