For this hamper we  went North, South, East and West. From the anchovies and tuna of the North, down to the sherry of the South, across to Extramadura to pick up  Pimenton, through La Mancha for the saffron, and over to Catalunya for some Almonds and Salchichon. There's also a few other things we picked up along the way....
