A Chorizo, a Salchichón, and a Lomo make up the classic Spanish charcuterie board. This is a very lean, organic cured pork loin, that can also sit nicely alongside a Torta de Canarejal.
Each pack contains approximately 20 slices.
Storage and care
An average shelf life of 2 months. Keep refrigerated between 0° - 5°C and once opened use within 3 days.
Ingredients: pork, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt. Made with 140g of pork per 100g of finished product.
