Lomo de Teruel
Deliciously sweet lean cured pork, rubbed with oregano, garlic and paprika. Serve by itself at room temperature with a squeeze of lemon juice, olive oil and black pepper.
Minimum weight 800g. Size varies but an average lomo is approximately 25cm long and 6cm thick.
Storage and care
An average shelf life of 6 months. Keep refrigerated below 8°C and once opened use within 10 days.
Ingredients: pork, salt, sugar (dextrose), latose, preservatives (E250 and E252), antioxidant E301, stabiliser E452i, spices (garlic, oregano, paprika, pepper).
