Razor clams are perhaps the most prized of all Galician shelled seafood. They are picked by divers in the shallow waters of the nutrient-rich estuaries of the Galician coast.

Low in fat calories they are increasingly popular for those in search of a healthy diet.

Because they are preserved in a simple and gentle brine the taste is a clean taste of the sea (sea water) with a silky texture.
