The pigs are fed with organic pulses, fodder and cereals.

Allergen, gluten and lactose free.

The ham has a clean, gentle aroma and a pleasant balance between sweetness and saltiness with a rounded aftertaste.

To enjoy all the flavours and aromas, place the slices on a warm plate to melt the fat slightly. 

Eat the slices with bread as an accompaniment.

An excellent ham for a sandwich or as an ingredient for salads.

Biobardales is a small family company devoted to the production of a range of organic cured meats in Segovia, to the north of Madrid.

They buy their meat from a farmer who raises a herd of organic, free range pigs in La Rioja and use their butchery and curing skills to produce excellent charcuterie.
