This cured loin is produced from animals which have been reared in Andalusia by a 3rd generation family business, who moved into organic production about 15 years ago.

The animals range freely on their land consuming grasses, nuts and fruits, supplemented by organic grain and cereals.

This cured loin is moist and succulent with good depth of flavour, the exterior provides a hint of paprika and garlic.

Pork, paprika, garlic, oregano, sea salt. Made with 140g of Spanish pork per 100g of finished product.
Storage & Care
Keep refrigerated between 0 and 5°C and once opened use within 3 days. An average shelf life of 2 months.

Biobardales is a small family company devoted to the production of a range of organic cured meats in Segovia, to the north of Madrid.

They buy their meat from a farmer who raises a herd of organic, free range pigs in La Rioja and use their butchery and curing skills to produce excellent charcuterie.
