    This truffle flavoured salchichón is based on the recipe for Casa Riera's original Salchichón de Vic with the addition of black winter truffle from the Garrotxa region. The natural preparation of the truffle gives this luxurious product an outstanding flavour.

    This truffle salchichón de Vic is best served at room temperature, and is excellent eaten as a tapa with some country bread and slices of fresh tomato (pa amb tomaquet).

    Richly flavoured, it can also be chopped into pasta dishes or served as part of a superior charcuterie board.
