Made with Brindisa extra virgin olive oil and free range eggs, our ingredients come together to create a range of mayonnaises which are bursting full of Iberian flavours.
An outstanding feature of this range is the proportion of Brindisa North & South extra virgin olive oil that we use in the recipe. Most premium brands use none. The largest amount we found in our research was 5%, whereas our mayonnaises use between 15 and 23% extra virgin olive oil, together with free range eggs, so they taste like the very best freshly homemade recipes. In addition, our recipe is additive free.
Garlic confit mayonnaise: Fragrant and subtle, this is similar to a classic alioli of Spain. It has a rich, creamy and very moreish consistency, being fragrant whilst having a subtle flavour. Perfect with pan fried squid or steak, it is also delicious with grilled prawns, pan fried squid, asparagus, green beans, baked potatoes, eggs and rice dishes.
