Exclusive to Brindisa is our new range of mayonnaises. Inspired by emblematic Spanish flavours they have the finest homemade quality. Made with Brindisa extra virgin olive oil and free range eggs, our ingredients come together to create a range of mayonnaises which are bursting full of Iberian flavours.
An outstanding feature of this range is the proportion of Brindisa North & South extra virgin olive oil that we use in the recipe. Most premium brands use none. The largest amount we found in our research was 5%, whereas our mayonnaises use between 15 and 23% extra virgin olive oil, together with free range eggs, so they taste like the very best freshly homemade recipes. In addition, our recipe is additive free.
Smoked paprika mayonnaise: the addition of three types of Pimentón de la Vera (oak smoked paprika) gives a real taste of Spain, warm, spicy and smokey. Goes especially well with grilled chicken, sweet potato wedges, fish stew, boiled eggs, barbequed lamb or baby new potatoes.
