Musgo Lavado is a raw goats' milk cheese that is washed daily with distilled water and salt. It has an intense fragrance and a slightly elastic semi-soft texture.

With a fruity, elegant and persistent flavour, it also provides hints of soft yoghurt and sweet cereal notes in mouth.

Have a piece of Musgo lavado with a sweet wine, some fruits and nuts to enjoy a perfect simple tapa.
