For more than 10 years we have been making up our world-famous Brindisa chorizo rolls outside our shop in Borough Market.

Brindisa chorizo rolls are made with artisan Riojan chorizos sizzling hot from the grill, juicy piquillo peppers and crisp rocket leaves - served in a ciabatta roll.

Voted one of the best London Street Eats by Time Out, we don’t think you’ll find a more satisfying sandwich anywhere in London!
