Made from slowly raised, organically fed Serrano pigs, cured in Segovia - in the Castilla Y León region. Delicious, soft textured mild cooking chorizo, housed in a natural casing.
Minimum 400g. 4 or 5 pieces per pack.
Storage and care
An average shelf life 6 weeks. Keep refrigerated and once opened use within 3 days. Suitable for home freezing.
Ingredients: pork, paprika, garlic, salt, oregano, salt. Made with 116g of pork per 100g of finished product.
