Made from slowly raised, organically fed Serrano pigs, cured in Segovia - in the Castilla Y León region. Delicious, soft textured mild cooking chorizo, housed in a natural casing.

Minimum 400g. 4 or 5 pieces per pack. Average shelf life 6 weeks. Once opened will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days. Suitable for home freezing.
