The Núñez de Prado family have been producing oil for over 200 years. Organic and minimally processed it has a unique combination of spicy fruit flavours with a distinctive peppery after taste. This is the limited production 'flor' of the oil - raw, unfiltered juices collected from unprocessed olives.
