SEAFOOD PAELLA

Try our fish and seafood paella with squid, prawns and mussels.

 

SEAFOOD FIDEUA

Try this delicious version of the Valencian dish, Fideuà. Made with short strands of artisan pasta and fresh seafood, is usually served with all i oli.

 

PAELLA VALENCIANA

This easy version of the famous rice dish is ready in 45 minutes. Once you add the rice, you mustn't stir it - this is to make sure the rice doesn't release lots of its starch, and you will get the 'socarrat' that thin, crispy layer of rice at the bottom of the pan.

  

RICE, PEPPERS AND CHORIZO

Let's not call this paella, but this delicious chorizo and rice dish is a real crowd-pleaser.
