Build your own Catalonian board at home, bringing together the following ingredients:

Ermesenda Cheese: Rich, tangy. A flavour bomb. Raclette-style cheese, perfect for melting.  

Garrotxa La Bauma Cheese: mild, citrusy, mushroomy. Fine texture, velvety rind. Historic cheese, lovingly revived in the 80s.

Riera Salchichón de Vic: rich, deep flavour. Whole black peppercorns. Exquisite salchichón, a gourmand experience.

Riera Bastonet: meaty, savoury. Made in Vic by the Riera family since 1852. Great aperitivo salami.

Gordal Picante Olives: plump, juicy, giant olive from Andalucian groves. Spiced with green Guindilla chilli. So popular!

Manzanilla Picante Olives: Juicy cherry-sized olives, Spain's best-known variety. Spiced with green guindilla chilli.

Pickled Onions: crisp & acidic:The perfect companion for a cheese or charcuterie board, or a Catalan ploughmans!
